What if something goes wrong with my order?
Your payment is held until the item turns up. You've got 72 hours to check it over. If it's not what was described, damaged, or just never shows up, open a dispute and we'll sort it out. Full refund if the seller can't make it right.
How does shipping work?
When your item sells, you get a pre-paid label in the app. Print it, pack the item, drop it off at the post office or a ParcelPoint. Buyers can track the parcel the whole way.
Is my money safe?
Payments go through Stripe, the same platform Shopify and Google use. Sellers have to verify their identity before they can get paid out. Everything ships with tracking (no in-person meetups), and we review listings and messages to keep things clean.
